Who we are
Daniel Buckley Interior Design is an interior design business based in Bramhall, Cheshire, serving Cheshire and surrounding areas. For anything relating to your personal data, contact danielb@dbinteriordesign.co.uk.
What information we collect
When you submit an enquiry through the contact form, we collect the details you provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if provided
- Any information you include about your project
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How we use your information
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. The lawful basis for this is legitimate interest: you have contacted us and expect a reply. We will not add you to any marketing list or send you promotional messages without your consent, and we never sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Where your information is stored
Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox via our website hosting provider's form service. Emails are stored in our business email account (Microsoft 365). Both providers process data in accordance with UK GDPR.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any project that follows, after which they are deleted. If your enquiry does not lead to a project, your details are deleted within 12 months.
Third-party services
This website loads fonts and animation libraries from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts, Cloudflare). When the site loads these files, your IP address is visible to those providers as part of the request. No other personal information is shared with them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, email danielb@dbinteriordesign.co.uk.
